A conference on “Love of God” was held on Oct. 29, 2007. IDC organized the conference in partnership with School of Theology, Drew University, Institute of Judaeo-Christian Studies, Seton Hall University and Center for Interreligious Understanding.

The three monotheistic religions have long traditions describing the mystery of God and the human response to God as Creator, Deliverer and Judge. Representatives of the three faiths reflected briefly on the human vocation to love God. There was a response to each by a coreligionist and time for discussion. In the afternoon participants exchange perceptions in three interfaith groups.
Dr. Maxine Beach, Dean of School of Theology, Drew University welcomed on behalf of organizers and sponsors.
Rabbi Joseph Ehrenkranz delivered a wonderful and inspiring speech from Jewish perspective.
Rabbi Yehezkel Landau was the Jewish respondent
Rev.Dr. Wesley Ariarajah made very informative and stimulating speech.
Fr. Phil Latronico, an expert on interfaith dialogue, was the Christian respondent.
Dr. Levent Koc’s speech was also very informative and moving.
Ferhan Tunagur was the Muslim respondent. 
The attendees were so enthusiastic about asking questions.
The conference attracted a diverse audience including academics, clergy, lay leaders, seminarians, etc. 
The attendees were so excited to come to know that Love of God is the common ground and may serve as cement to foster the dialogue between religions.
