Second IDC Luncheon Forum was held on Monday April 9, 2008 at IDC’s Newark office. This time IDC Luncheon Forum hosted Sen. Raymond Lesniak as the guest speaker. He delivered a speech about "Corporate Tax Credits for Private School Scholarships". Representatives from Catholic and Jewish faith-based schools as well as educational foundations attended the luncheon. As Sen. Lesniak stated cost of a student to a public school is twice more than it is to a private school so that if this bill is passed, it will contribute greatly to the quality of education in NJ.
Turkish food was served before the luncheon.
