Sixth Abraham’s Table Dialogue Luncheon in NJ was held at Princeton Seminary, on Thursday May 8th, 2008.

Speakers discussed from various their points of view The Artistic Expression of Prayer in Abrahamic Religions. Rabbi Robert Freedman gave many examples of liturgy by chanting. Charles McCollough brought one of his sculptures that described Abraham, his views Sara and Hagaar, and his sons Ishmael and Isaac. Ferhan Tunagur showed by video examples from Islamic arts including call to prayer, whirling dervishes, calligraphy and water marbling.

Home-made Turkish food was served as usual before the discussion. Q&A followed the speeches.
