IDC’s interfaith-intercultural trip to Turkey for members of Co-Existence House of Rutgers University took place between January 3rd and 13th.

The cities that were visited on the trip were Istanbul, Izmir, Konya, and Cappadocia. In addition to historical sites like Hagia Sophia, Ephesus, House of Virgin Mary, Perge, underground city and carved chapels in Cappadocia, the group also visited some private educational institutions in Turkey. Participants of the trip experienced first hand Turkish culture in the homes of Turkish families, on the other hand. Two professors, too, from the same university joined the trip.
