On December 12th, 2010 Christ Presbyterian Church in Martinsville hosted an Abraham’s Table with the theme of “Mary in Christianity and Islam”.

Around 50 people attended the program. Dr. Nuray Yurt (Muslim Sources), Rev. Susan Rack  and Rev. Paul Rack (Protestan Sources),and Sister Antonia  (The Roman Catholic Sources) shared their perspectives on Mary in their respective faith traditions. The panel ended with an question and answer session. Attendants enjoyed Turkish refreshments during the program and exchanged their thoughts on the topic in a friendly atmosphere.
