A new task for Christian-Muslim relations

Another IDC Luncheon Forum was held on Wednesday October 22, 2008. Rev. Dr. Hans Ucko*, Sweden, explored the Christian Muslim relations in Europe. After he summarized the Christian Muslim relations in Europe, he also talked about integration problem there.

Q&A session was much longer than usual as many in the audience either asked question or made a comment on Christian Muslim relation here in the States and in NJ in particular. There was a diverse audience from different Christian and Muslim groups that made the Q&A session very fruitful.

Home made food was served before the luncheon that provided opportunity for fellowship.

* Rev. Dr Hans Ucko is from Sweden and a Consultant and Fellow in Interfaith Relations, Hartford Seminary, former Program Executive in the Office on Interreligious Relations and Dialogue at the World Council of Churches, Geneva.
